To ensure we provide you with the best possible option to suit your requirements, our experts thoroughly check all orders for accuracy and lend our advice before we send you a final payment request.

Our state of the art system is amazing, but we sometimes need to do some minor manual work once you have submitted your order in our online designer.

Most of these amendments are specifically for screen printing, as there are many more variables with the process. Item prices are calculated correctly 99% of the time, but we apply discounts (E.g. Reduction of setup fees for repeat orders/white only prints, promotion discounts), calculate bulk delivery costs & any additional charges (Ink colour changes & Metallic inks for Screen printing etc.) after lodgment.

Below is a guide to the discounts and minor additional costs that may apply to your order.

A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

DISCOUNTS THAT WE MAY BE ABLE TO MANUALLY APPLY AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER

1a. Screen printing (White prints & Black ink on colours):

Our system is colour blind to ink colours and allows for a white underbase automatically. In some cases this is not needed, in this case we will manually remove these screens for all print locations for both of the below scenarios.

1. Colour/Black (100% Cotton) garments with designs that contain only white ink. We can use 2 screens if you are looking for the highest qualtiy print finish (advise if you would prefer this).

2. Dark inks (i.e. black) on colour garments (i.e. red) as these do not typically don't require a white underbase.

1b. Screen printing Setups:

These are waived for repeat orders (Over 20pcs) placed within 12 months of the previous order and manually removed after order submission.
NOTE: Repeat setup fees are only $30+gst (per colour) for orders that fall outside of this period.

2. Embroidery Setup:

These are waived for all repeat orders and manually removed after order submission.

3. Promotions & Offers:

If we are running a special promotion, supply the code along with your order and the valid discount will be applied to your order.

3. Ink colour changes (Applies to Screen printing only):

Wanting to change the ink colour within your design for different garment colours?

We will add a small fee of $15+gst per additional colour (per screen it applies to) manually after you submit your order.

E.G. white ink to black on both the front and back = Additional $30+gst

4. Delivery:

Orders requiring more than one satchel (i.e 20 Tees or 3 Hoodies) are quoted after your order submission. We have an advanced network of couriers so we can offer you the cheapest delivery rates Australia Wide.

5. Ordering from multiple brands:

A delivery charge of $10+gst per additional brand will be added.

PHOTOGRAPHIC AND COMPLEX DESIGNS (SCREEN PRINTING ONLY)

If your design does not load correctly for screen printing or is photographic, consists of gradients, blends or has a lot of detail.

This would be classified as a tonal or complex design that we would love to help with, but will need to manually quote this for you to ensure a high quality result.
