Blast Ink supplies custom merchandise and branded products Australia-wide, with orders handled remotely and completed orders sent by courier to business or residential addresses. Customer pickup is not available.

No. Blast Ink only brands garments and products supplied through Blast Ink. This allows the product, branding method and production specification to be quoted and approved together.

Yes. Screen-printed apparel starts from 20+ units per design.

Sizes can be mixed within an order where the garment and print specification remain suitable. Any garment-style or colour combinations that affect the setup are confirmed when quoting.

Typical apparel production is around 7–15 business days after payment and final digital mock-up approval. Promotional products commonly range from around 48 hours to 10 business days depending on the product and supplier. Offshore custom work is typically around 4–5 weeks.

AI, EPS or PDF vector artwork is preferred, with fonts outlined. Raster PNG or JPEG artwork should be supplied at 300 DPI (PPI) at the intended print size.

No. PMS/Pantone colour matching is included at no extra charge as standard for Screen Printing. If your brand has a PMS/Pantone colour reference, include it with your artwork or quote details so it can be used in the approved print specification.

Finishing options can include relabelling, woven or printed labels, inner-neck branding, folding and bagging, subject to the garment and production specification.
